On a dark blue field, the bottom portion scarlet, displaying the 88th Regional Support Command's distinctive unit insignia (DUI) below a green scroll turned scarlet bearing the inscription "ARMY BAND," all beneath blue stylized numerals "484TH."  At the base of the baldric three slanted bands implying the World War II campaign participation of the unit, inscribed in the following order:  RHINELAND, ARDENNES-ALSACE, and CENTRAL EUROPE.
